In 1920s Mobile, beer, wine and Liquor were illegal, but Mobile was still a wet and wild place. On this special tour you’ll sample two hand-crafted cocktails and hear about Mobile during Prohibition, when speakeasies were everywhere, and a conspiracy among local leaders kept the illicit booze flowing. Eventually Federal agents brought the party to a grinding halt with the Whiskey Trials, with at least one convected felon later being elected to Congress! Prohibition was a social experiment that forced drinking underground and forever changed how we socialize today. Ticket includes 2 craft cocktails and access to Las Floriditas, Mobile’s speakeasy nightclub where you have to take a hidden elevator and give a password at the door! <bf>Note: The dress code requires long pants for men. </bf>
