This tour follows the beautiful streets of Alabama’s oldest city\, and includes street views and explanations of Royal Street\, Ft. Conde\, Bienville Square\, and much more. Our experienced guide will share the “Secret History” of our tattooed French founder\, the distant location where our city was actually founded\, and an historic fire hall hiding downtown in plain sight! \n\nThe tour begins in Mardi Gras Park\, at the corner of Church and Royal.

The walking is easy\, but the stories are dark as we explore pre-Civil War mansions\, overgrown gardens\, and an old church with a mysterious past. This walking tour begins at dusk\, and takes guests into the eerie corners of historic De Tonti Square\, one of the city’s oldest and spookiest neighborhoods. There’s a the commander with an iron hand\, children who are never there\, and a grisly disasters that brought Mobile to its knees. Our guests will hear many more stories before concluding the tour with a selfie alongside our costumed guide.
